Terms of Service & Software License

Effective Date: January 1, 2026 • Last Updated: October 2026

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering an account, or downloading any source code, component packages, or digital assets from DevForge.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.

2Source Code Licensing Framework

DevForge operates exclusively as a single-vendor marketplace delivering verified software products. We offer two authoritative license tiers for each purchase:

Regular License
  • Single commercial or personal end product for 1 client or project.
  • End users cannot be charged directly for accessing the software.
  • Full source code modification rights included.
Extended License (SaaS / Monetized)
  • Permits multi-tenant SaaS deployment and paying end users.
  • Unlimited revenue generation within the deployed application.
  • Strict prohibition against re-selling raw source code packages.

3Single-Device Account Security & Sessions

To protect proprietary intellectual property and prevent account credential leaks, DevForge implements automated single-active-device session validation. Logging in from a secondary browser or machine immediately terminates preceding sessions. Account sharing, credential distribution, and automated harvesting are strict violations subject to immediate entitlement revocation.

4Digital Delivery & Secure Downloads

All purchases result in instant digital entitlement. ZIP file downloads are generated on-demand with cryptographically signed, short-lived tokens. DevForge does not expose raw storage buckets to public traffic. You are responsible for preserving downloaded archive packages in your internal backup systems.

5Warranty & Limitation of Liability

All digital code templates and starter kits are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. DevForge certifies that all published packages are scanned for malicious scripts and compile against their documented environments. DevForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from project deployment.
